Fench Christmas Greetings

New regulations on small balances

If like me you've noticed that for at least 10 days, ads for products resulted in flower shops and online, Here's why ... Yep, the regulation of balances has changed since January 2009 and now allows merchants to choose a period of two weeks to get their unsold products on sale. The date of this period is determined by the merchant but is constrained by regulation. This period can not be scheduled in the month before the six weeks of regular pay.

why there are more sales periods in France: two periods extended to 5 weeks instead of six previously. These periods are determined by the government, traditionally the late summer and late winter. The Law of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment establishes a period of 2 additional weeks determined the choice of merchants. Each trader can individually decide freely on the timing of these two weeks of sales, consecutive or not, in the year, provided they complete at least one month before the start of the national fixed sales periods.

And of course, between sales periods, it is still possible to receive promotions diverse and varied. Finally, what do good to your wallet!
